While driving to Vermont we stopped at many truck stops, most of them had plants growing between cracks in the concrete which I found interesting. One particular one I decided to take photos of just because the plants were mostly flowers and I liked the idea of nature like pushing through man made things. Other then that there wasn't much of a concept behind this little shoot. I didn't have much time to take a lot of photos so theres just a few.
My Shoot
I don't have much to say about these photos, definitely not the greatest but I just didn't have time to do better. I like them enough and I think I'll be able to edit them well and make it work. They do capture the area and the feeling of this particular truck stop well and I think that they're a good addition to my portfolio.

I only edited 2 photos out of this shoot, I defiantly see why you need to take more then 20 and spend time on a shoot for it to turn out. I don't like this photo much since it is so fake looking, but I needed it to look like that since the foreground and background are extremely similar.
Final Photo
I think this photo is alright, it has the same problem as the other one where the foreground is too similar to the background. I wish I got down really low and shot the flowers from above because I think that would look good since it would have been a interesting perspective and the background would be more skyward and therefore be more contrasting. I don't love this but it also isn't terrible. I feel very neutral about this photograph.
